Blood of the Vikings is a BBC documentary series hosted by Julian Richards, whose passion is the Vikings. He pursues the goal of finding out who the Vikings really were and tracing their legacy on the British Isles.
The second part of the documentary series deals with the invasion of Danish Vikings in Britain. Even though Vikings mainly from Norway had repeatedly raided the British Isles in the past, this time the brutes have come with a massive army to take over Britain and stay there for good. Also, we will be introduced to a unique skeleton belonging to a Viking warrior.
