Thank you for this documentary – it is horrifying, but so beautifully made and sensitively handled, without being pure sensationalism, that it is quite outstanding. I have been vegetarian for 34 years, and I am letting all my friends and acquaintances know of this documentary. As I put it to them “every human being in the world should see this video”. As human beings we have such a responsibility for all other living things – and my belief is that every human being should be able to eat whatever he/she chooses (except each other, interestingly, since we are regarded as just another ‘animal’ species!), but that NO human being should be permitted to cause pain, suffering, torment to another living being. I like some of the famous quotes: “Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances of survival for life on earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.” Albert Einstein, physicist, Nobel Prize 1921; and “As long as there are slaughterhouses, there will be battlefields.” Leo Tolstoy. Thank you again for the wonderful documentary – Joachin Phoenix narrating was great, and the music was just perfect.
