Lock n’ Load is a documentary about the various weapons which were and are used in warfare. The show is hosted by ex-marine Sgt. R. Lee Ermey who analyses and demonstrates the weapons featured in the show and also explains the origins and concept which brought about these technologies.
In this episode, Ermey takes us through the history of artillery weapons. these weapons came in the forms of cannons and gave armies the advantage of shooting at long distances and causing tremendous damage due to the heavy ammunition. All the way from cannons to modern day howitzers and mortars, artillery have always been a vital key to victory in warfare.
